   • a. To purchase our handmade clothing, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
   • b. All prices listed on our website are in CAD and do not include shipping or any applicable taxes or customs duties.
   • c. Payment for your order is required at the time of purchase. We accept card payment.
   • d. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
   • a. We strive to ship your handmade ‘1 of 1’ items within 7 business days of receiving payment. However, please note that certain items may have longer processing times.
   • b. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.
   • c. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
   • a. Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery.
   • b. To request a return, please contact info.slappy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage.
   • c. We may request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection before processing a refund or exchange.
   • d. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged item, subject to availability. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
